Composed by woods, ceramic, glass and bamboos, the Tea Tumbler have four designs. Presenting a fresh and natural style, the collection features the imagery of pure wood, dripping water, concentration and shades of sunset. ODIIST took over the design of mechanism, constructing a dual mechanism in the lid. The hardest part was how to make the plunge into a concentric circle in order to press the tea leaves thoroughly. By connecting the two plunges, we can minimize the space of the mechanism and allow the plunges to pressure the two water valves respectively.
First, add loose tea and water as 2 to 1 into the lid.
Secondly, press down the outer plunge to mix the water and loose tea. Then, press the middle plunge to concentrate the tea and filter the tea leaves.
Last, pull the plunge to pour the tea concentrate into the bottle.
This design allows users to blend their own tea according to their taste. Users are free from the bitterness of over steeping and the bothering texture of tea leaves.
Inspired by the concept of environment friendly and food safety, the tea tumbler was designed to let tea-lovers steep their tea by themselves. With same style but different features, Tea Tumbler also has the function of water bottle. So, even though you don’t like tea, it can still be used to contain other drinks.
